Distinguishable by: ALL OF HER.
Has on her person: Retractable pole, used to guide static power.
Driven by: Vibrancy.

Strengths: Fast, very fast. Electricity powers. Burns your retinas. Talented with her staff.
Weaknesses: Electric charge goes through closest conductor. Easily worn out if overusing abilities. Water.
Likes: Being fast, showing off, video games, being competitive, mechanical stuff.
Dislikes: Water.

The first character I ever created for an OCT purpose, Rave is one of those early characters that everybody has; overpowered, lacking flaws, and overly similar to you at the time.
She was the same age as me, had the same interests as me, and had amazing superpowers that an early highschool weenie could only dream of having.

Static powers: Rave has control of electricity. She builds static charge within her, expelling it as visible lightning which travels along conductors (such as her pole). She uses it to control her limbs; she also has retractable rollerblades in her feet. This charge is constantly building and she can use it up in one go if she's not careful.
She has a shock collar that helps her not shock her brains out. Most definitely not water proof.

She was intended as a vehicle/mechanic for Rise ([link]) but never made it in.
Rave has no developed history at all. All she will know is herself, and how she acts in the present: no past experiences exist.

Alongside her "live-wire" attitude, it is likely Rave will be immature, naive, and have no self control.
